Knowles-Douglas Student Center

The Knowles-Douglas Student Center consists of two parts: the original Citizen’s Science Building, built in 1922, now the home of Brandon University Students’ Union (BUSU), and the Student Center expansion.

This expansion contains a student common space called the mingling area, the BU bookstore, a restaurant, Look Music, and Headlines Hair Studio. All are located on the lower level or the main floor. On the first floor is BUSU’s President’s Office, the second floor houses the Mature Student Lounge and The Quill newspaper, and on the third floor is the Peer Support Center.
