Gymnastics in Manitoba

In 1927, Manitoban gymnastics started off as a branch of the Winnipeg and Brandon YMCA and later grew from there.

Public History on the Prairies is an initiative of the Public History Program at Brandon University.

Brandon University campuses are located on Treaty 1 and Treaty 2 Lands, traditional homelands of the Dakota, Anishanabek, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dene and Métis peoples. We respect the treaties that were made on these lands.
